Mr. Roosevelt and his team was able to get my Trusted Traveller revocation reinstated through his relations with congress and CBP. The revocation seemed as if it could not be overturned. My case involved shipment of cuban cigars which is considered illegal activity. Mr. Roosevelt provided expert legal guidance and advisory to draft the appeal and shape a characterization letter. I received a notification from CBP several months into the process that my status had been reinstated. I look forward to working with Mr. Roosevelt and his team in the future on other projects and recommend his team to other trusted traveller members who have been revoked.
